Processing Time

• Orders placed before 12pm AEST are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 12pm AEST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day
• Processing times may be longer during peak periods (e.g. New Drops)

  A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure your order arrives safely. Option can
• Authority to Leave (ATL)
  You may request Authority to Leave your parcel in a safe place if you’re not home at the time of delivery. 
  Please note: selecting ATL means the parcel will be left at your premises and is your responsibility once delivered.
• For the security of your order, our team reserves the right to change the selected delivery method at our discretion. For example, higher-value or sensitive orders may be upgraded from ATL to Signature Required to help ensure they are delivered safely. If we make this change, there will be no additional charge to you. Any upgrade to Signature Required is provided at our expense.
