At Fordgate Pharmacy, we take great care to ensure all fragrance products leave our store in perfect condition. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or faulty upon receipt.
1. Returns for Damaged Items Only
We only accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged, leaking, or with a manufacturing fault.
- You notify us within 24 hours of in-store purchase and 48 hours of delivery for online orders
- You provide proof of purchase (receipt or online order confirmation).
The item is returned with original packaging and in unused condition, except where damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or personal dislike of fragrance
- Opened or used perfumes
- Items damaged after purchase or delivery
Clearance, promotional, or discounted items (unless faulty)
3. How to Report a Damaged Item
In-Store Purchases:
Return to the store with the product and your receipt within 48 hours of purchase.
Online Orders:
Email us at fragrances@fordgatepharmacy.com.au with the following:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
Description of the issue
Our team will assess the claim and notify you of the next steps.
4. Resolution Options
If the damage is verified, we will offer:
- A replacement item (if available)
Or a full refund to your original payment method
