We ship all online orders Australia-wide using Australia Post. Our goal is to provide fast, reliable, and secure delivery to every state and territory.

1. Order Processing Time

- Orders are processed same day when placed before 12:00 pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm AEST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Processing times may be longer during peak periods (e.g. New Drops, Christmas).

2. Delivery Costs & Timeframes

Standard Delivery – $10.00

- Flat rate Australia-wide
- Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days
- Tracking included

Express Delivery – $15.00

- Flat rate Australia-wide
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
- Express availability depends on Australia Post coverage for your postcode

Important Notes

- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post delays, public holidays, or regional factors.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

3. Authority to Leave (ATL) & Safe Place Delivery

All our deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave. This means Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe and secure location at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it. A safe place may include areas such as a front veranda, porch, near the front door, or another sheltered spot deemed appropriate by the delivery driver.
If Australia Post cannot identify a suitable safe place, the parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office or Collection Point, and a card will be left with pickup details.
Please ensure your delivery address is suitable for ATL deliveries, as we are NOT responsible for parcels after they have been successfully delivered to the nominated safe location.

4. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, or if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist and resolve the matter promptly.
